Introduction

By purchasing from telestowatches.com you agree to the terms of use. Please make sure that you have read and fully understood the terms of use when shopping at our site.

PAYMENT

All payments are handled by Paypal. No VAT/or fees for import and/or customs are included in the price.

Prices on the site are in US Dollars. For customers visiting the site from countries with other local currencies than US Dollars, an estimated conversion to the local currency based on the current exchange rate may be displayed. All customers are billed in US Dollars and the final price charged to your account or credit card will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your bank or credit card company processes the transaction (according to their rates). Telesto Watches has no control over these rates and does not take responsibility for any potential exchange rate differences or exchange fees levied by your bank. 

Telesto Watches never store or transfer any credit card information. Telesto Watches use external payment gateway Paypal, for e-commerce. PayPal handles card information and uses technology that allows the identification of the cardholder. Please contact PayPal for more information.

DELIVERY

We deliver all watches within 7 business days, and most time even quicker. For questions about shipping, delivery times or transportation, contact us by email and we will help you out : info@telestowatches.com. All orders are shipped through UPS or EMS, depends on countries.

We are not responsible for any fees such as brokerage fees, taxes and duty collected at the time of delivery. Please contact your local customs offices for more information.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE

If your product is damaged when delivered, you should (without delay and no later than 7 days after delivery) contact us as well as the Delivery Company.

WARRANTY

Warranty for our products is one year from purchase date. Please note that the warranty does not cover the life of the battery or normal wear and tear of the case and strap. The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents and incorrect use of the watch.

RETURNS

If we have shipped a wrong or defective item, please notify us as soon as possible and we will reimburse the fee for return shipment. In all other cases, the customer pays for return shipments. Returns must be properly packaged. Telesto Watches does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. 

PERSONAL INFORMATION

We collect basic personal information about our customers when an order is placed. This information is securely stored and is necessary to carry out delivery and to contact you as a customer if a problem should arise. We will never disclose any such information to third parties.

COOKIES

Cookies are used on telestowatches.com in order to improve your experience on the site. Cookies are very small text files that are stored on your device’s hard drive when you visit websites. We use first-party and third-party cookies for the main purposes of web functionality, web statistics and advertising.

CANCELLATIONS

Customer will receive a tracking number by email once the parcel has been sent out. Telesto Watches accepts cancellation without specific reason,  only before shipment. For cancellation made after shipment, customer has to bear all the shipping cost caused due to the cancellation.

FAQ

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY SHIPMENT AND HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING USUALLY TAKE?
Yes, as soon as your watch has shipped you will receive an email from us including your tracking information. Shipping times depend on where you live, but we strive to deliver all watches within 7 business days.

HOW DO I SERVICE MY WATCH, FOR EXAMPLE IF I NEED TO CHANGE BATTERIES?
Our batteries normally last for several years. If you need to replace the battery visit your local watch shop and they will manage. It is a fast and easy procedure. If you’re experiencing problems with your watch please reach out to info@telestowatches.com and tell us about your issue (if you need to attach an image – please do). We’ll get back to you shortly.

ARE YOUR WATCHES WATERPROOF?
Yes, our watches are waterproof up to 5ATM. However, to avoid damaging your leather strap we suggest you take your watch off before taking a shower or bath.

DOES THE SIZE OF THE WATCH SUIT BOTH MEN AND WOMEN?
With out a doubt! Our watches (38 mm) look great on all kinds of wrists and all types of people.

ARE ALL STRAPS INTERCHANGEABLE?
The straps for all Telesto watches have an easy click-on/click-off system which allows you to change the straps.
